REVIEW of Mark Sias’s Course
‘The Life Insurance Agent’s 1-Day Lead Generation System’
I had the pleasure of interviewing Mark Sias on The QuotersCast – in early July of 2023.
Mark was a critical care nurse for 15 years.
A conversation with an old friend, who mentioned his new venture as an insurance agent, which sparked Mark’s initiative to get his own insurance license.
As you can imagine, working in a hospital, Mark was able to sell a lot of health insurance.
However, as any insurance agent or commission-only sales person can tell you… at some point, your warm market dries up.
So it was with Mark.
For most of the 15 years he worked as a nurse, Mark was the primary bread-winner for his family, which consists of his wife and four children.
So when he ran out of immediate contacts to sell insurance too and the exhaustion of his relentless career schedule settled in – he did what any rational person would.
He quit.
Not without a plan though. His wife was ready to jump into the business world again, so they began working the business together.
The very interesting aspect of this is that their business was not solely insurance.
In fact, insurance was pushed to the background and enter – Notary services.
If you watch our interview together, Mark tells us he realized the natural connection between notary services and insurance. As people are having important legal documents notarized for real estate, licenses, business incorporations etc. it’s natural to ask how they have it protected.
It’s brilliant and I have never heard this approach on lead generation for insurance anywhere.
As Mark and Grace’s notary business grew, their natural skill sets came to the forefront. Grace was great with client relationship building and Mark became a stellar marketer.
Pretty impressive for a critical care nurse pulling all nighters in a hospital saving lives.
Fast forward only a few years. When I spoke to Mark he had had his insurance license for about 4 years. He and his wife Grace had been running their notary business for most of that time.
They now have not just one course, but a whole library of courses.

So, ultimately, the reason I’m doing this course is because I’ve gone through it completely and have begun implementing the suggestions.

What I like about his screencast videos is that he will show you graphics and pages on the internet that back up what he’s saying.

These are all the kinds of things that most digital marketers tell you to do.
However, most people who want to be successful online don’t do most of them. They tend to hammer away at one or two techniques and make those work. It’s just that Sias found a simpler, natural way of marketing that involves work that builds on itself. His referrals were off the chart.
So if you have every thought of being a notary or are one – or if you’re an insurance agent – Mark’s course could yield remarkable results for you.
