This meditation is very gentle. If the pain you’re experiencing is quite severe you’ll need to approach it like a warrior. Your mindset must get steely. Breathing is the key. Breathe into the pain and command it to dissipate. Pain can often be a catalyst to force us to be more in the moment. It’s not easy, but it can be done.
