 Sometimes we feel overwhelmed or the rise of a deep emotion in a situation where it’s not wise to share that emotion or feeling.

Below is a short, 3 minute meditation that will help you get into deep relaxation very quickly.

TRANSCRIPT OF 3 MINUTES TO DEEP RELAXATION

I will guide you into deep relaxation. Ideally, it’s best if you can be sitting or lying down with your spine straight.

If not, just allow yourself to have a straight spine while the rest of your body is as relaxed as possible.

Now, concentrate on your breathing, and just notice how your body moves as you breathe.

With every breath, see a waterfall begin to cascade within and around you, from the top of your head all the way down through the bottoms of your feet.

As if you were standing underneath the waterfall.

Except this is a waterfall of energy.

Begin to feel the streams of water flowing down around you, but also down through your body, through your energy.

Cleansing you, wiping away any trace of tension.

The waterfall can be any speed that you like. It can be a mere trickle or a flood of water.

Taking away any negativity, tension or darkness that may be residing anywhere in your energy.

This waterfall of energy can remove any type of stress that you may be carrying.

Let it flood through you now, through every cell of your body, every nook and cranny of every joint, between the layers of your muscles, the folds of your connective tissue through and every microscopic part of every cell.

Release tension now.

Feel yourself lighten as this waterfall of energy cascades through you and takes all the unnecessary dark bits of energy away.

Allow yourself to feel relaxed from head to toe and carry this feeling with you throughout your day.

Keep breathing, let it go, and let it be so.
