ACX Audition - EcoFriendly Habits: 30 Days to a Greener You

ACX – Amazon’s audiobook platform – is one of the places I look to work as a freelance voiceover performer. Most of the time the audition MP3s I upload is that last time I do anything for that project.

A lot of the time the author decides not to turn their ebook into an audiobook.

So I am putting my ACX audition MP3s here in this section as a public record of the number and variety of voice auditions I apply for.

In this ACX audtion, I’m narrating a sample from; “EcoFriendly Habits: 30 Days to a Greener You” written by Sage Rivers.

Making A Case For Audiobooks

As an author you’ve worked hard to build an audience for your writing. Have you tried to lure your reading fans to the audio-book format of your stories?

Audiobooks also draws in NEW fans who don’t like to sit and read a book.

In fact, audiobook fans might be easiest to acquire. Many people love listening to audio while they do other things. Men and women of all ages love to listen while they drive, walk, clean the house, weed the garden, practice crafting, art or journalling, while they exercise, or cook, you name it!

So you may want to consider the audiobook format for your publication as your biggest fans may be the ones who like to listen the most. Try it and see.
