Okay, today I want to talk about the difference between emotions and intuition, because I see a lot on the internet where people are getting it mixed up, and they think that feelings are an indication of intuition.
When in fact they are two very different parts of our energy system. Now sometimes they do go hand in hand.
You’ll have an actual emotion or feeling about something that is connected to intuition.
The opposite is also true. You can have an intuition that has absolutely nothing to do with what you’re feeling.
You could be in the middle of grief and thinking that things are going to be terrible because you lost someone very close to you and your intuition cuts through all that and you hear a statement that says you’re going to be fine.
That’s intuition. That comes from a higher place.
Emotions are part of our physical body. Our physical material world is the last step in an otherwise Very spiritual experience. It’s never backwards.
You can’t actually have a spiritual experience that starts from something physical. Why? Because everything is made up of energy.
And energy is everything. It’s the only reason we’re here.
However, we need a physical body to have emotions, and this is part of the struggle and challenge here for every human being.
Part of the maturing process is learning how to control our emotions and to listen to our intuition.
Sometimes it’s a whisper thin difference between the two.
Sometimes they are in sync with each other and sometimes they’re diametrically opposed.
So, as we grow and get older and learn more about ourselves and the world, we start to understand that it’s our intuition that has the wisdom.
Our emotions can lead us down a path that gets us into more and more problems.
The real power comes from a higher place, comes from that still inner voice that talks to us without emotion, but always has our best interest at heart.
So, I just wanted to make the point that there is a difference.
That intuition and emotions are not the same.
That emotions are very powerful, but that’s not where your real true power comes from.
And that Maturing, and to grow and transform and to raise your consciousness comes from the spiritual element of who we are, which intuition is directly connected to.
