In this discussion, I want to talk about the solar plexus chakra and how critical it is to how we manifest in our lives. The solar plexus chakra is the seat of power in our chakra system. It is the home to our self identity, and so when you bring those two together, feeling powerful and having a strong sense of self identity, knowing who you are, this energy helps you manifest.
