HOW I CAN BE OF ASSISTANCE...

Let's keep this simple...

 

For many years, (I'm 60-ish) I've trained in a plethera of holistic techniques.

I've used these practices to successfully heal and better myself, as well as, others.

 

Today, as a coach, I bring these techniques, along with a philosophy that encompasses the mind, body and spirit connection.

 

Here's the lowdown...

BODY --->

We'll discuss your daily physical actions.

This will include exercise and eating habits, the kind of work you do, your living environment and how you spend your time off, etc.

 

This begins to establish a pattern of behaviors. Pattern recognition is critical to determine where changes need to be made.

MIND --->

We'll talk about your level of motivation and how well you focus.

 

I'll also ask about your emotions throughout the day and how well you handle conflicts and stress among other inquiries.

 

Again, this is about finding the patterns that don't serve you and ways to interrupt them.

SPIRIT --->

For me, this is THE KEY.

This is the baseline for everything. 

 

This is all about raising up your life force energy.

When your life force is at peak capacity - EVERYTHING - becomes better and easier.

 

Spiritual energy is Life Force energy.

And without that... everything else suffers.

 

 

BECAUSE ENERGY IS EVERYTHING

 

 

So, I'll want to know if you meditate, go to church, and whether or not you have any belief in a Higher Power and if so what are they.

 

It's not about religion. It's about a spiritual connection with the Divine Creator.

 

From that point, there are a myriad of ways we can tackle your challenges.

 

Based on your needs and desires, I'll use my intuition and experience to offer a completely objective viewpoint and some immediately applicable suggestions.
