TRANSCRIPT of How To Make REAL Progress In Your Life
This is your three minute morning. Today, we’re going to be discussing progress.
Allow your mind to think back to a time about a year ago.
Think about what you were doing then. How did you handle certain situations? How did you feel meeting certain people? What was your thought process when you were alone? How confident were you?
How in the moment were you?
These are some of the best indicators of growth and maturity. …
How much peace of mind you have. What type of things do you focus on and how well can you stay focused? How confident and relaxed you are with yourself.
Ultimately, that’s what life is leading us back to anyway. To ourselves.
A stronger sense of ourselves. A greater, more expanded sense, and with a deeper sense of peace.
And now think about how you handle those types of situations today.
Do you still feel nervous going into the same situations? Do you feel like you can handle them better? How do you think about yourself and your life when you’re alone?
Do you have more supportive thoughts now? It’s so important to recognize when you’ve improved.
We live with ourselves all the time, so it’s easy to incorporate a good habit, get rid of some negativity, and not even be fully aware that that’s what we’ve done.
Except by looking back and acknowledging how far we’ve come. And progress is not easy.
Remember to pat yourself on the back. For even small things, it’s the only way big things get accomplished.
Most great things had a messy pathway, a difficult pathway, to get there. And you are a great thing.
You are a piece of this life. You are a divine creation.
Mountains are not perfect. But they’re mighty, and they’re beautiful, just like you.
So be kind to yourself, and remember, progress is not easy, and it’s never in a straight line.
If you’re doing the best that you can, it’s enough.
Knowing that it’s the effort, and not the perfection of the execution, that moves you forward, is progress.
So today, do your best to remember how much progress you have made in the last few months, the last year, or the last decade. Have a wonderful day.
Thank you for reading. I wish you a very prosperous day.
