  In this audio, I’m going to take you through a guided healing session to stop the pain in just a few minutes. You can be standing, sitting, or lying down.

*This meditation is very gentle. If the pain you’re experiencing is quite severe you’ll need to approach it like a warrior. Your mindset must get steely. Breathing is the key. Breathe into the pain and command it to dissipate. Pain can often be a catalyst to force us to be more in the moment. It’s not easy, but it can be done. *

TRANSCRIPT

Start by taking rhythmic, deep breaths in and out, and just become aware. of how your lungs fill with air and then let it go.

The breath is extraordinarily powerful and is a built in healing tool for our bodies and our minds.

As you get into a comfortable rhythm of breathing deeply, begin to focus on the area of your physical body that is in pain.

And as you continue to breathe, send energy to that area of your body. It could be as minor as a paper cut, or it could be extreme back pain, or knee pain, it could be a headache, or migraine.

Send energy to that area of your body that is causing you pain.

Ask for that energy. to heal that area.

If the pain does not subside, ask the energy to give you information on what is needed to heal it.

Ask what is preventing the pain from stopping, and what needs to happen for the pain to go away.

You are in charge.

Send more energy to the area of pain and go more deeply into it.

Ask for it to be healed. If it resists, discover why and what the solution needs to be, you are in charge.

Let it be healed and let it be so.
