In this short session, we are going to discuss the Crown Chakra.
The Crown Chakra is located at the very top of our heads, and it’s associated with the color white or gold.
The Crown Chakra is all about spiritual energy.
This is the entry point for where divine universal energy comes into our bodies.
This is independent of spiritual beliefs. Spiritual energy runs through every human being, regardless of their belief system.
There is scientific evidence to uphold the notion that we are more than just blood and bones.
That there is a life force that runs through us, and that that is in large part what animates us.
Now, there are differences between physical and energetic illnesses, or damage, if you will.
When it’s energetic, our life force is somehow depleted or not flowing correctly, so you can be in a perfectly healthy body and have a perfectly healthy mind, and not feel very good, and not have a lot of energy.
It would be kind of like having the flu, or a really bad cold, but you don’t feel sick.
So when your life force energy is not flowing well, you are very depleted in energy.
You don’t feel the same, you don’t even think the same, really. It takes energy to engage in a thought process. So everything is not working quite right, but you are otherwise okay physically and mentally.
If this goes on long enough though, if the illness or the damage is not corrected with your life force energy, it can become a real problem and interfere with a human body physically and mentally.
Now, how can you fix this or prevent this from happening?
If you truly do have some damage or a severe blockage in the crown chakra and your life energy is not flowing very well, that really does take outside intervention by someone who knows how to take care of energy.
That’s a tricky business and is not as easy as it sounds.
to prevent any problems with the flow or the health of your life force energy.
Doing a lot of the things that are often suggested is a good idea, like meditation, and walks in the woods, and getting fresh air, and eating well, keeping your mind calm and peaceful.
Keeping your body strong and healthy, these things do take care of our life force energy.
By the same token, honoring a higher divine force will naturally start to bring more of it to us.
Having daily conversations with a higher power within our own minds throughout the day is a very powerful exercise. It’s also mysterious, but it does have to be cultivated for it to be of real benefit.
