I like to call these short, mini sessions “3 Minute Coaching Bites”.

This is your three minute morning on dealing with tension or fear that comes up suddenly dealing with frustrations that grip you during the day.

If you’re sitting in traffic or something happens at work, something unexpected. Notice how you feel.

And then mentally step back.

Break off part of your consciousness to watch how you think about your feelings and about the situation.

Understand that emotions are not everything.

You don’t have to take them seriously.

Again, just notice.

Our physical body is what we use to experience this life with all its limitations.

It’s those limitations that help us expand our consciousness.

So when we feel a moment of fear, anger, tension, frustration.

It’s an opportunity to broaden our spirit, broaden our view of life.

A chance to release any judgment and fear that we have about other people or ourselves, or the situations we find ourselves in.

Your intuition can tell you when it’s to be paid attention to. Otherwise, let it go.

And refocus on something positive on what you can actually do in this moment.

Sometimes action is just allowing a positive flow of energy to run through your body when you’re unable to leave. Like sitting in traffic or a frustrating meeting at work.

Another situation may be with other people. You maybe harboring resentment toward someone else. You may be silently judging them or criticizing them. This causes a tremendous amount of tension in your mental state and physical body, not to mentioned spiritually – within our energy system.

Just clear your mind. Let it go. Take a big deep breath and allow positive energy to flow through your body. Sometimes, that all you can do and sometimes, that’s all you need.

Let go and let it be so.
